I’m Mike Hirschfield and I’m on a mission to empower, equip, and exalt sales and finance teams everywhere. I’ve been in sales my whole life! Like you, I have had some highs and some lows, but I’ve always remained a student – aways pushing, and never satisfied! At the turn-of-the-century, I discovered my home and passion in the automotive industry quickly rising through the ranks from Salesperson, to Finance Manager, to Finance Director, to General Manager, to Vice President of Sales. I have served in both franchise and independent dealer groups; leading teams as large as 80+ to reach new heights of achievement. I have also served in both public and private lending organizations forging new relationships, innovating programs, increasing originations, and improving collections.
